Hohoho, this is awfully funny. Materazzi being head-butted once again! Well, its not Zidane this time 
Italian defender Marco Materazzi, famous for being head-butted by Zinedine Zidane during the FIFA World Cup 2006 - has been head-butted again.
In a Serie A match between Inter Milan and Sampdoria on Sunday night in Genoa, Materazzi was head-butted by Sampdoria midfielder Gennaro Delvecchio on the chin.
After a late challenge on Inter keeper Julio Cesar, Materazzi got into an angry exchange with Delvecchio after which the incident took place.
The Sampdoria player was sent off in seventh minute for the assault.
