Interesting information that I found recently about Ibiza, that the former French football star, Zinedine Zidane, has bought a vacation home at this scenic tourist destination. According to the report from the Wall Street Journal:
Throw in a lush countryside of wooded hills and orange groves, the trendiest outdoor bars in Europe and a handful of new restaurants, and it’s surprising that Ibiza’s DayGlo image persists. Both European designer Jade Jagger and reclusive French football player Zinedine Zidane have long been seduced by the island’s quieter alter ego and own vacation homes in the less-touristed north, where a more tranquil scene rules.
Ibiza is a well-known town in Spain and it is a place that anyone would love to go. After reading that I would say, wow, this beats going to the casino anytime! I really should consider going to Ibiza as well and probably bump into Zidane. Well, who knows right?
